Jira

Overview

Heeler supports a two-way integration with Jira to create, update, and close tickets. Heeler will collect additional Jira data to assist in automating ticket context such as Projects, Users, and Teams.

Requirements

• Permission to generate Jira API Token

• Heeler requires network access to your Jira Instance

Integration Setup

1. Select the icon from the top navigation

2. Navigate to the Integrations tab

3. Click Add Integration and select Jira

• Name - Used by Heeler to identify the connection

• Server - The Jira Workspace URL, e.g. https://JIRA_SPACE_NAME_HERE.atlassian.net

• Email - Email of the user who generated the API Token

• API Token - The token generated by Jira for the integration
