Docker Hub
Overview
Heeler connects with the Docker Hub container registry for analysis of the images running in your environment.
Requirements
Ability to create Docker Hub Personal Access Token (PAT)
Setup
Create Docker Hub PAT for Heeler Connection
Click
Generate new tokenEnter Name and Expiration Date for the token
Read-onlyAccess Permission is requiredCopy the generated token for entry into Heeler
Navigate to Registry Connection Setup
Select the
icon from the top navigationSelect Connections -> Registries
Add the Docker Hub Registry
Click the 'Add Registry' button
Select 'Docker Hub'

Configure the Docker Hub Setup
Name(required) - Provide any name you wish for the connectionUser Name(required) - User name that generated the PATToken(required) - PAT or OAT Heeler will use for authenticationNamespace(required) - Docker namespace for the repositories
Validate the Docker Hub Connection is Healthy
Select the
icon from the top navigationSelect Connections -> Registries
Find the Docker Hub connection in your registry listing and verify the health status is
Healthy
