Shortcut

Overview

Heeler supports a two-way integration with Shortcut to create, update, and close Stories. Heeler collects additional Shortcut data to assist in automating Story context such as Users and Teams.

Requirements

• Permission to view Shortcut General Settings

• Permission to generate Shortcut API Token

Shortcut Integration Information

1. Navigate to Shortcut General Settings and copy the Shortcut URL

1. Navigate to API Tokens

   1. Add meaningful name, e.g., Heeler Integration Token

   2. Generate Token

   3. Copy token value

Heeler Integration Setup

1. Select the icon from the top navigation
2. Navigate to the Integrations tab

3. Click Add Integration and select Shortcut

1. Enter the requested information into the modal

• Name - Add meaningful name, e.g., Company Shortcut Integration

• Shortcut URL - Value from step above

• API Token - Value from step above

1. Confirm successful connection
